Peugeot celebrates 30 years of GTi with new 208
Peugeot is celebrating 30 years because the launch from the iconic 205 GTi having a special 30th-anniversary edition of today's 208 GTi. Revealed in the Goodwood Festival of Speed, The special edition has a brand new 1. 6-litre THP petrol engine, with power increased to 205bhp alongside 221lb ft of torque. The new engine, which conforms to Euro 6 emissions regulations, is mated to some six-speed manual transmission and likewise has a Torsen differential taken coming from the RCZ R. The car's suspension has also been lowered by 10mm, and also the track widened both in the front and rear.
